Janelle Monae stage dive… Rodriguez taking the stage and stripping down his set tweaking the sound… Jurassic 5 reunion – sharp!… Cut Chemist and DJ Numark playing the giant turntable in the middle of the stage during the J5 set… Meeting up with Mad Men’s Mrs Don Draper (aka Jessica Pare)… Spontaneous skipping during Vampire Weekend’s set… Hot Chip saying that this was the best show of their career… Putting my tired feet in the pool finally at 3:30 in the morning… Have a great Weekend #2!!

Part of the fashion story last weekend at Coachella was patterns! I hit the festival with my pals, fashion designer Trina Turk and her husband Jonathan Skow, photographer and designer for their men’s line Mr. Turk.

Since I’m more audio than visual, it was great to see the sea of pattern and color through their eyes…
